acording to the nassa robotics is the study of robots.
  • ROBOTS: are machines that can be used to do jobs, some robots can do work by than selfs, other robot must always have a person telling them one to do.
  • reprogrammable, multifuctional, manipulator designed to do differet tasks such as moving materials parts or specialiced devices, trogth motion.

what are the components of a robot:

  • SENSORS: camera, microphones ad buttons, thermometers and barometers, LIDAR (ligth detection and ranging), acelerators and magnetometers.
  • EFFECTORS: and-effectors, motors, speakears .
  • CONTROL SYSTEMS (the brain)

SENSORS:allow the robost to gather information about its environment

  • Cameras: allow the robots to construct a visual representation of item enviroments
  • microphones: detec the sound.
  • buttons: our sensors integrated in bumpers that allow the robot to determined when it collides with an object 
  • thermometers: allows the detection of temperature
  • barometers: sencers the pressure
  • LIDAR: sensors that use laser to construct 3D maps of their surrounding
  • acelerators: sensors that allow of movement
  • magnetometers: sensors that allow the sends of the magnetive fields.

  • speakers: allow the robots to generate sounds 

PRE-PROGRAMMED: are simple machines pre-programme to repeat the same operation over and over 

AUTONOMUS: able to respond to enviroment and change they behavior
